Ray Epps, founder of Quick Tube Systems, Inc. has successfully started several companies since he was in high school and has over 30 years of experience in the drive-thru industry. When he was in high school, he founded a sprinkler system company where he installed residential sprinkler systems. In 1983, when Mr. Epps’ sprinkler system company grew to about $750,000, he expanded his company to New Braunfels, Texas and Florida where he also started doing work commercially. In 1986, he began his journey in the drive-thru industry as one of the key executives heading up all marketing and sales for QUIKSERV Corp. He became a key player in developing many of QUIKSERV Corp.’s current product lines including security transaction drawers and several of the standard drive-thru windows. Mr. Epps negotiated major account contracts with many nationally recognized food chains including KFC, Arby’s, Taco Bell, and Burger King. He also developed transaction drawers for major companies such as BP, Amoco, Shell, and Chevron. After QUIKSERV Corp., Mr. Epps started RE*Source, a manufacturer representative business where he sold pneumatic tube systems from other manufacturers and QUIKSERV Corp. products. Shortly after starting the business, the CEO of one of the pneumatic tube companies was so impressed that he eventually bought RE*Source from Mr. Epps. As Vice President, he was able to bring new national clients such as Albertsons, McKesson, and Super-Value, to the company. In 2008 – Mr. Epps opened Quick Tube Systems, Inc. and developed new technology and awarded a very strong patent on the Open Chute System. Today, Mr. Epps continues to develop new technology and quickly becoming one of the fastest growing pneumatic tube companies in the US.
As a Christian, Mr. Epps believes God is first, family and then work while maintaining a balance in life. Mr. Epps and his wife Marcy, have 5 kids and 8 grandchildren.
Cindy has over 30 years of experience in management and accounting. She has had the opportunity to work with many different industries during her career such as manufacturing, banking, oil and gas, CPA firms, advertising, IT and others. She personally feels that this has given her the opportunity to “look at the big picture” when confronted with challenges. Cindy has a “find a way, make a way” attitude and has successfully helped several companies to significantly reduce their debts and increase their overall profit levels through various means. Cindy has been with Quick Tube Systems since January 2014. She loves the challenge of helping to bring Quick Tube Systems to the NEXT LEVEL as they all work together to grow this company.
Cindy is a native Texan and resides in the Northwest Houston area with her two children, Lexi and Ryan. She believes in work/life balance and prioritizes her life with the golden rule of God, Family, Career.
Ashley has over 20 years of experience in the Customer Service Industry ranging from Floral Design, Forklift Equipment, Drywall, HVAC and Refrigeration and now Pneumatic Tube Systems. Ashley started with Quick Tube Systems, Inc. in August of 2017. As the Service Manager, Ashley is responsible for managing the daily process of the Service Department. She monitors incoming service calls and ensures a timely response. She takes great pride in her job and being detail oriented. Having these skill sets has allowed her to excel quickly in her career and to be chosen for special projects, such as a Communication Team, Kaizen Brainstorming Teams and multiple Management and Leadership Events. With these classes and events under her belt, she understands that the “Customer Comes First and Foremost” in all cases. Customer satisfaction is key! A personal goal for Ashley, is to grow the Service Department with a strong team of Technicians and Service Personnel.
Ashley grew up in the Tomball area and graduated from Tomball High School. She has one daughter, Taylor whom she is raising with her husband, Jackie. She enjoys family time, camping, fishing and crafting in her spare time.
